Once a file is uploaded to your room, simply click Ask AI next to the file. DropText AI will automatically read and analyze the document and provide a professional summary in seconds.
DropText AI is capable of reading and understanding virtually any file type — including text-based PDFs, image-based PDFs, scanned documents, certificates, receipts, invoices, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, CSV files, images, and plain text files.
Even if a PDF contains no selectable text — such as a scanned receipt or a certificate — DropText AI uses optical character recognition to extract the content and analyze it accurately.
After the initial summary, you can ask DropText AI any question about the document in plain language. For example, if you upload a receipt you can ask who the booking is for, what the total amount is, or what the reporting time is — and DropText AI will answer accurately using only the information present in the document.
